Learning Through Connection
I believe some of our most meaningful learning happens when we have the freedom to explore, to play, to wonder and to connect.
For over twenty years, I've worked alongside children, young people and adults, creating opportunities to learn, grow and deepen our relationship with the natural world.
From woodland classrooms and storytelling circles to professional training and working with young people in the youth justice system, my approach begins with a simple belief: we are not separate from nature, but part of it, and everyone deserves the opportunity to discover that connection.

Nature Connected Learning
The natural world offers endless opportunities for curiosity, discovery and connection.
Facilitating Forest School, Outdoor Education and Nature-Connected Learning, I create experiences that encourage children, young people and adults to explore, question, play and discover.
As the author of the Nature Connected Curriculum, I work alongside schools and educators to bring nature connection into everyday teaching and learning, supporting them to weave meaningful outdoor experiences throughout their curriculum.
At the heart of my work is a belief that learning grows through experience, strengthens relationships and nurtures a deeper sense of belonging within the living world.

Professional Training
I believe the most meaningful professional development begins with experience, curiosity and the opportunity to discover something for ourselves.
Through Forest School training, nature-connected workshops and my Becoming a Nature Storyteller programme, I support educators and practitioners to grow in confidence, develop their skills and deepen their relationship with nature.
My training creates space to pause, play, reflect and reconnect, nurturing wellbeing and helping educators not only understand, but truly feel the value of a curriculum deeply rooted in connection with ourselves, one another and the natural world.

Holding Space for Connection
The woods do not ask who we are, where we've come from or what paths we've travelled.
Through my work with young people in the youth justice system, I create safe, welcoming spaces where trust can grow, relationships can deepen and new possibilities can take root.
Just as an acorn needs fertile ground, light and time to grow, we too need the right conditions to flourish. Working alongside nature, I nurture opportunities for young people to discover their strengths, build meaningful relationships and deepen their connection with themselves, their communities and the natural world.

Consultancy & Mentoring
When I was finding my own path, I was fortunate to have an experienced mentor who believed in me and my ideas, even when I struggled to believe in them myself. That encouragement gave me confidence, helped me find my direction and ultimately changed my life.
I know how powerful it can be to have someone walk alongside you, offering experience, encouragement and a listening ear. Today, I offer that same support to educators, practitioners and organisations as they develop ideas, navigate challenges and discover their own way forward.
Although I offer mentoring online, some of our richest conversations happen when we meet in person, especially when walking together in nature. There's something about moving through the woods, allowing the conversation to unfold and trusting the natural world to help us unravel the challenges we face.
